Grounds Stewardship

Grounds Stewardship is a long-term service for estates requiring reliability, continuity and professional oversight. It can also include  ad-hoc maintenance if additional works or support is required.

Following any initial work, many clients retain Pretty Green under a Grounds Stewardship agreement.

This provides:

~ Regular site inspections

~ Planned seasonal mowing and vegetation control

~ Early identification of emerging issues (such as Himalayan Balsam)

~ Priority response if problems arise

~ Annual reporting and forward planning support

~ The aim is simple: to protect the investment already made and avoid reactive, costly interventions later.

Who Stewardship is designed for:

~ Private estate owners

~ Properties requiring year round access

~ Landed properties and rural residences

~ Managing agents, surveyors and land agents

~ Clients seeking predictable costs

~ Long-term property custodians

Our clients value discretion, continuity, results, and sound judgement. We are not a volume contractor and do not compete on price.

Initial Assessment

All new projects begin with a paid site assessment.

This allows us to:

~ Understand the land properly

~ Identify priority risks

~ Propose a phased, realistic plan

~ Ensure we are the right fit before work begins
